How to place an order correctly
To place the order correctly and get the answer with the calculated offer as soon as possible, select the product category you are interested in below and learn what parameters you need to inform the manager when ordering.When ordering glass or a mirror with faceting, you must specify the width of the facet.
When ordering faceted glass only on two sides, this should be specified additionally.
When faceting glass from 2 sides, it is necessary to take into account that the minimum thickness of the glass is 6 mm and only on rectangular parts with a facet discrepancy in the corners 1 — 3 mm
The maximum width of the facet on the glass is 4 – 20 mm.
Standard measurement of the thickness of the glass when faceting 3 mm
The maximum overall size of the part for CNC processing is 3210 * 2250 mm
Maximum width of part for painting 2200 mm
The maximum overall size of the part for applying stained glass is 1480 * 2500 mm
The maximum length of the part for faceting is 2700 mm
The depth of the cutter during engraving is 0.5 mm — 1 mm depending on the width of the cutter.

Tempered glass cannot be further processed, so it is very important to check all dimensions and assemblies at the time of ordering, as it is not possible to change or modify anything after tempering.
When ordering toughened glass, please note that the edge (end) of the glass must be machined.
The minimum treatment is grinding. The type of processing: grinding or polishing is selected individually for each item in the order.
Also, all additional components (holes, milling, etc.) must be machined; no chips or cracks are allowed and will cause the glass to break during tempering.
The minimum thickness of glass suitable for tempering on our equipment is 4mm.
The smallest part that can be tempered must have one of the overall dimensions of at least 250mm.
It is possible to produce products with non-rectangular shapes if you provide either a drawing (diagram) or a rigid template (fibreboard, plastic, glass, plywood, etc.). It should also be borne in mind that the size of such products may vary within the permitted tolerances. It is therefore worth noting what is acceptable to you: the size in plus or minus. Paper or soft cardboard templates are not accepted for production.
Our triplex glass is produced using the autoclave process on PVB interlayers.
Triplex can be made of ordinary and tempered glass.
The maximum dimensions of triplex glass without holes in the glass set up to 5mm+5mm thickness are limited to 2800mm*1400mm.
Triplex glass with thickness from 6mm+6mm is limited to 2900mm*1130mm.

The glass is coloured according to existing samples in our showroom or according to RAL and NCS colour models.
Please note that normal glass has a natural greenish tint, so the original colour will be altered. This should be taken into account when choosing light colours.
To maximise the retention of the original colour, we recommend the use of ultra-transparent glass.
To create a stained glass design, you can choose a design from anywhere and provide it to us.
Our designer will then reproduce it in a form suitable for production on our equipment.
Or you can provide a file in a format suitable for CorelDraw.
A glass washbasin can only be made in one size. This is due to the capabilities of the equipment.
When making a sink with the bowl in the centre of the glass, the minimum size possible is 800mm x 550mm and the maximum size is 1200mm x 650mm.
All other sizes will be made with the sink offset from the centre.
When placing an order, a drawing of the future product is required and will be agreed with the customer prior to execution.
