The basis of translucent structures, modern window and door blocks is a sealed multifunctional double-glazed unit, which provides sufficient thermal insulation, sound insulation, protection against solar overheating and safety in the room.
The first double-glazed window was hand-made by Losk in 1992.
It was a unique and incomprehensible product for many people, and the question was often asked: "Why?
At the same time as the "Nadezhda" plant was being built in the village of Pisochin in the Kharkiv region, the company developed the production of double-glazed windows, and in 1998 the first double-glazed window meeting all requirements and standards was produced on the semi-automatic line purchased from the Italian company Forel, which was already in operation. It was the first double-glazed window production line in Ukraine.
At present, a semi-automatic double-glazed window production line from the Austrian company Peter Lisec has allowed the company to completely eliminate the human factor from labour-intensive and critical assembly processes, reducing the number of employees and increasing labour productivity.
The use of various types of special glass in the production of double-glazed windows allows us to produce multi-functional double-glazed windows - sun protection and energy saving; and the available technologies allow us to make them shock-resistant, impact-resistant, bullet-proof and safe.
The double-glazed windows production line consists of the following modules:
- Automated primary sealing of BUTYLE basic double-glazed windows.
- Glass thickness from 3 to 25 mm.
- Maximum dimensions 2500x2500 mm.
- Angle change from 0° to 45°.
There are two types of double-glazed windows: single-chamber and double-chamber. Having some experience in their production, we would like to share the following information with you. For example, a double-glazed unit with 2 low-emission glass panes (Low-E) and chambers filled with gas (argon) can be compared to two and a half bricks in terms of its thermal insulation properties, and it will give you a quiet life even if your home is near an airport - perfect noise insulation.
